Neighbors’ relationships in the shared house revolve around several circles, sometimes separate and sometimes overlapping.
The first circle stems from the Real Estate Law and the Real Estate Regulations, which regulate the relations between the neighbors and the manner of managing the condominium.
The second circle stems from the provisions of the standard bylaws.
The third circle stems from the decisions of the General Assembly of the apartment owners, especially those accepted in the decision book of the General Assembly and which are also binding on those who purchased apartments after the decisions were made.
The fourth circle stems from the decisions of the House Committee, which is called the ‘Representation of the Joint House.’
The fifth stems from the decisions of the Supervisor of Condominiums.
