his is not the place to expand the scope regarding contractual defects arising from the seller’s statements, and therefore we will briefly add that explicit and detailed statements by the seller regarding important facts also because a possible claim of error or deception that a buyer can raise against the sale.
By law, a buyer can make a claim that there is an essential error that he did not know about in the contract, or that the seller misled the buyer in an essential matter, which will allow the buyer to cancel the contract and demand compensation.
