Occupation of the Lawyer

A lawyer’s duty to represent the client imposes several limitations on him regarding other activities.
First, a lawyer who engages in another occupation and his occupation as a lawyer may not mix the two occupations.

And so, he will not act in the context of his other occupation – in a matter which he is working on as a lawyer or with whom he serves as a lawyer, if in the framework of his other profession there may be a dependency relationship with him.

And will not treat as an attorney – in a matter which he treats or has treated in the framework of his other occupation or for a person related to him in the framework of his other profession if in the other occupation there is a relationship of subordination or dependence of the same person.
