The day-to-day management of the condominium is entrusted to two bodies, to the neighbors’ general assembly and the “Vaad Bayit” committee, which are, as stated, the representatives of the condominium. The latter’s role is to implement the decisions made at the “Vaad Bayit” meeting when by law, the General Assembly must convene at least once a year.
