More about Kiryat Shmona
Every joint house should have a resolution book of the General Assembly.
Unfortunately, this is not taken care of, yet there is also practical significance to the fact that there is no such book.
Thus, for example, anyone who buys an apartment and wants to find out if he can install an air conditioner in the exterior wall that is common property should be able to check this in the “Vaad Bayit” Resolution Book.
If there is no instruction in this matter, he may be able to install the air conditioner.
But it is possible that they decided that all the air conditioners would be installed only inside the apartment space, and then the buyer knew about it in advance.
