What will a seller do who lacks documentation regarding the expenses incurred to improve the apartment? Unfortunately, this matter was very profitable and almost always I was required to deal with a client who had no complete documentation regarding his expenses.

The solution to such a situation is to contact an assessor who will issue a certificate that he did include this expense in a capital statement he submitted close to the date of the expense.
