To register a condominium, several documents must be deposited in the ‘Tabu’ registry, which will form the basis for the condominium registration after their approval.
In our case, there are only two critical documents:
The first document is a diagram usually prepared by a certified surveyor, which measures the apartments, adjacent apartments, and the common property. Each apartment will receive a number, and each apartment will receive a number or a Hebrew letter, and the common property will also receive a number.
The second document is the copy of the agreed bylaws or a certificate that seeks to adopt the existing bylaws, supplementing the Real Estate Law.
