As of today, the ruling has not yet determined the extent of an agent’s obligations to a client, according to this Section 8.
For example, when a tax agent is a bull to a potential buyer on planning procedures that exist in connection with the apartment in question, which can improve the value of the property, the agent does not have the necessary skill to know about the very existence of the sections, the probability of their existence, the time necessary for their existence, or the return following the improvement of the property.
