Disciplinary violations of real estate agents

The Realtors Law defines a series of actions that an agent carries out constitutes a disciplinary offense on his part:
“Behaved in a way that was inappropriate for his occupation, showed irresponsibility or gross negligence, violated confidentiality provisions against a client or violated the obligation of confidentiality to a client, behaved unfairly and with caution, etc.”

Does a disciplinary offense necessarily affect charging the brokerage fees?
Sometimes yes and sometimes not, on a case-by-case basis.
Decisions of the disciplinary committee are not necessarily made public.
