Different assessment goals

The appraiser is qualified to assess the value of the apartment for various factors.
Once the appraiser has assessed the market value of the apartment, he will put in the relevant considerations of the same factor, thus obtaining a different value for the same apartment.

An apartment with a market value of NIS 1 million will decrease significantly if it is found that the apartment is not properly registered.

From this, we will understand that different bodies will receive different values for the same apartment. Mortgage banks, developers, passive investors and more, will receive from the appraiser a different amount of value for the same apartment.
