To complete the picture, we will touch on the issue of the date of sale of the apartment in a contract with conditions of suspension.
In this matter, it was determined that a contract with a condition of suspension is a complete contract from the moment of its conclusion, i.e., a contract with binding legal force from that date.
The court emphasizes that it is not possible to distinguish between a suspended contract in which the condition was met and such a contract in which the condition was not met – in both the contract is valid from the moment of its conclusion.
