A contract with a suspensive condition is operative from the moment it is signed and as long as the “stop condition” does not exist.
The conventional wisdom is that the agent is entitled to the brokerage fee from the moment the contract is signed, and there is no right to a brokerage fee from the Talt router even if the condition that stops in the future is met and as a result, the contract will be canceled.
