You should be familiar with the primary conditions for obtaining a license to practice law.
A lawyer does not have to have an academic degree or proven math, English, and the like.
Of course, he does not have to have skills in negotiation, financial strength, etc., but must meet three conditions for obtaining a license to practice law in Israel: studies, internship, and examination.
The first condition: a graduate of the Faculty of Law at an academic institution in Israel; Or a graduate of a law college recognized as an institution of higher learning; Or someone who has studied at an institution abroad and passed the bar exams.
The second condition: a person who has worked in the legal field for 18 months (the current requirement) was that he was employed full – time by a lawyer with at least five years’ experience in the legal field; Or with a judge.
The third and final condition: A person who has successfully passed an examination by the Bar Association in the field of substantive law, the rules of procedure, and other areas.
