The standard house rules are an agreement registered in the “Tabu” and forms part of the common house file, so whoever purchased an apartment will be bound by the regulations as registered in the “Tabu.”
As long as the apartment owners have not decided otherwise, and in the absence of agreed law upon by the neighbors in the condominium, the by – laws are outlined in the appendix to the Real Estate Law, which is known as ‘existing by-laws,’ will apply.
Many buildings in the country have the usual regulations, which constitute standard regulations but are practical and ‘delivers the goods.
