Attorney and Torts under the Torts Ordinance

A client who has been harmed by a lawyer can request to be reimbursed by the lawyer in several ways.
One of the sources is ‘Torts under the Torts Ordinance’.
I will explain what this is about.

A monetary claim may be filed in court for damages caused to the plaintiff under the Torts Ordinance.
An attorney who acts in violation of the fiduciary duty violates his duty outlined in section 8 of the Mission Law, and entitles the customer to provisions due to breach of contract, and also provides the customer with compensation- according to the Torts Ordinance.

In this regard, the relevant torts are injustice done by damage and statutory duty torts.
To prove the elements of the claim, the plaintiff must prove that the attorney meets several cumulative conditions as set forth below.
