The Supreme Court ruled that a contract was cut by way of offer and receipt following the Contracts Law.
For a proposal and a receipt to be perfected into a binding agreement,
they must meet two cumulative requirements, which have a reciprocal relationship between them:
The witness on squirting opinions and specifics.
The examination of the witness on the reasoning is carried out through an external – objective test, in which the reasoning embodied in the proposal is examined under its external reflection.
To the specific requirement, the ruling stipulates that the face of a party in the agreement will be considered exact if it was detailed enough to cut the contract with receiving.
