Acting as an agent once, by chance

This type of interest concerns a person who is not a realtor and does not present himself as an agent, who agented randomly and once in a property transaction.

it ruled that there may be cases in which a person may be entitled to a brokerage fee even though he does not have a license, ruled that the law does not have an interest in prohibiting brokerage operation but rather as a prohibition on engaging in the mediation profession.
This is even if the person in question is an agent in the transaction for parties with knowledge, experience, and expertise in the property field.
