We have referred above to the landlord’s obligation to hand over the physical possession of the apartment to the tenant.
But this does not mean that the landlord himself must transfer to the tenant the bills for the use of the apartment such as water, electricity, gas, property taxes, etc.
By law, the delivery is defined as making the apartment available to the tenant, not as transferring possession to it.
The landlord must make available to the tenant the possibility of using the apartment and not beyond that.
