The renter enters the apartment
A sensitive point concerns the landlord’s entry into the apartment.
This is almost always an unpleasant moment, and I find it amusing.
Each side is suddenly unsure of its status.
For the tenant whose apartment is messy, it is unpleasant, the landlord feels he is invading a place he is not supposed to be there. The visit almost always costs the landlord.
Because the average tenant does not usually contact the landlord about all the defects in the apartment.
But if the landlord himself visits the apartment, then he receives a batch of complaints about defects that need to be repaired in the apartment.
My advice is that if the landlord needs to enter the apartment, it is recommended that the visit be made by someone on his behalf and not by him personally.
