Lease adjustment obligation
The law states that “the landlord shall deliver to the tenant when he is in agreement with him and the tenant.” The law further specifies that the landlord violated his obligations if he provided an apartment that is different from what was described in the lease.
The law lists additional specific discrepancies.
Such as when the apartment does not have the qualities or features required for normal use, or the apartment does not match what the landlord has shown.
And in other words, the apartment should be compatible in terms of type, description, quality, and features.
